洋楽Bad Dayでの英語勉強

本日の洋楽はDaniel PowterのBad Dayです。カナダ人のダニエル、フランスではこの歌はコカ・コーラのCMに使われたそうです。元気が欲しい時、嫌な事が起きてしまった時にお勧めです！それでは検証して行きましょう！

momentは時間と言う意味でtimeでも代用できますがtimeより短い時間を指します。
leavesはleafの複数形で通常は単数名詞を複数にする時はsを付ければ良いのですがこれは不規則な複数名詞になります。不規則動詞は暗記して覚えるしかありません。

僕達が一番欲しがっていた瞬間はどこへ行ったの？
君は枯葉を蹴り上げて魔法は消えたね
彼らが君の青空は灰色に変わったと僕に伝えたよ
彼らは君の情熱はどこかへ行ってしまったと僕に伝えたよ
それを受ける必要は無いんだよ

lineは行列と言う意味でアメリカ英語です。イギリスではqueueと言います。
hit a new lowは最悪な出来事を言う意味の熟語です。

君はとても嫌な事が起きるのにその都度列で待って
コーヒーを飲みながら嘘の笑顔を作っているね
君は自分の人生がいつも思い通りに行かないと言い
その度に粉々になるね
それを受ける必要は無いんだよ

The point is they laugh at what you say

The point is..は良く使用されるフレーズで「問題は」「ポイントは」「着目は」と言う意味です。

君は青空の休暇が必要だね
君が言う事を彼ら笑う事がポイントだけど
それを受ける必要は無いんだよ

go on the bkinkで調子が悪くなると言う熟語です。
mightは〜かも知れない、と言う意味でmayを使用しても同じ意味です。

時々システムの調子が悪くなり

僕もそれは間違いでは無いと強く思うよ
